Short on purpose. If a rule needs a lawyer to read it, it is a bad rule. They apply to stories, photos, comments and everything else you post on TLL.
You took it, you wrote it, or you have the right to publish it. Nothing lifted. You keep your rights either way.
Specifics are the currency here. Pen names and anonymous posting are fine. Invented detail gets the whole piece pulled.
No harassment, hate or dogpiling. Criticize the airport lounge all you want. Leave people and their cultures out of it. One warning is one more than most places give. Then the door.
Hosted trips, gifted gear, affiliate links: label them or leave them out. Our editorial charter holds us to the same rule.
If a person is the clear subject, they agreed to appear. Crowd scenes are fine. No children as subjects without a parent or guardian's permission. One human reviews reports and removes what breaks these rules. Appeals and takedowns go to hello@thatlayover.life.
